2. Engage some well-known and well-informed Tasmanians to help lead the discussion

3. Use online public polls to gather opinions on a series of provocative questions, which will form a solid background brief

4. Gather and analyse all the feedback, shaping the ideas into a new brand that then gets reviewed and refined online
